The loading and unloading of machines can be efficiently automated with handling robots. The robot systems pick up components precisely and reliably, and place them in the desired machine. In this application, the handling of the components was automated. The robolink® robot arm loads and unloads the machine fully automatically. Thanks to the use of watertight joints, splash water is not an issue.
3D printing is slow and time-consuming. The process can be scaled through automation. The user does not have to intervene to remove components and start a new printing process. This makes the process faster, especially for short printing processes.
In order for printed circuit boards to be electrically tested, they must first be inserted into the test system. If a defect is detected, the PCB is rejected immediately. This fully automated loading and unloading process eliminates the possibility of human error.
