One robot cell follows the next in close succession. The robots and gears in motion create a rhythmic hum. Individual employees navigate through the rows of test stands, carefully documenting their measurements and setting everything up for the next series of tests. The atmosphere is concentrated.
A warm welcome! You are in the igus® internal test laboratory at Low Cost Automation. Robots and gears are put through their paces here on 200 square metres. Only one door separates the highly specialised laboratory, which is dedicated to the development of automation solutions, from the Customer Test Area. This means that intensive product tests and practical customer tests literally go hand in hand.
