The new iglidur® i230 withstands long-term temperatures of up to 110° C trade show and is free of PTFE. The material is also 80% more wear-resistant than PA12, which is a standard material in SLS 3D printing. Compared to all SLS materials from igus®, i230 has the highest flexural strength. Available as a material in the shop and in the 3D printing service in 5 - 10 days.

With its electrical resistance of106 to109 ohms, the laser sintering powder is electrostatically dissipative. At the same time, the risk of unwanted discharge currents between sensitive components is reduced. This makes it ideal for the electronics and semiconductor industry. With iglidur® i3000, igus® has developed the world's first resin specifically for DLP 3D printing of wear-resistant parts and gears. The mechanical specifications have now been improved by 50%, so that the parts cured from the synthetic resin using UV light are characterised by the finest details and an enormous service life. With the update of the 3D printing service tool, users receive corresponding information on price, manufacturability, delivery time and the expected service life of the component to be printed for each printing material. In addition, threads can now be recut in the printed components.

iglidur® i8-ESD is an electrostatically dissipative SLS material (resistance: 104 to 107 ohms) for durable, abrasion-resistant 3D printing components that can be processed on all SLS systems with and without CO2 lasers. The solid black powder is now also available in 2 kg containers for processing on low-cost systems.

Our easy-to-process all-rounder filament iglidur ® i150 is now available in a 2 kg spool. This means that spool changes are no longer necessary when 3D printing particularly large or multiple components in one printing process. This significantly increases productivity and reduces filament waste.

The linear plain bearings of the W360CM series for drylin® R round shaft guides are characterised by higher rigidity for particularly low clearance at the operating point. The flange bearing is corrosion-free and available in three sizes - for pillar guides with igus® round shafts made of aluminium, steel and stainless steel.

One of the most precise solutions for reducing axial play is the zero-backlash lead screw nut. It consists of several components and is self-adjusting. It is available in six dimensions and is particularly suitable for lead screws with steep threads for quick adjustment of small loads.

For sizes 09, 12 and 15, igus® has now developed linear slides with selectable spring preload. They impress with controlled friction through defined displacement force and quiet, rattle-free operation.
