drylin® SHT – design and calculation
VERTICAL
drylin®®-spindle linear units have been developed for positioning adjustments of all kinds. The linear adjustment is realised via trapezoidal threads of different sizes or via high helix lead screws, which can be driven either manually or by motor. The maximum travelling speed is up to 1 m/min, depending on the thread and load.
The suitability of the spindle linear units for your application can be checked using the graph below.
The following trapezoidal thread sizes are installed in the spindle linear tables of the SHTseries:
- TR 10x2: SHT-12, SHTC-12, SHTP-12, SLW-1040
- TR 14x4: SLW-1660
- TR 18x4: SHT-20, SHTC-20, SLW-2080
- TR 24x5: SHT-30, SHTC-30
- TR 26x5: SHTC-40
- TR 30x6: SHTC-50
