triflex® R fibre-rod module

Spring rod modules (only for TRC/TRE.B) - Intelligent problem solving through directed pretension

  • Can be compared to a fishing rod above the robot
  • Generates consistent & directional pretension from 700 to 2000mm
  • Supplied as a pre-assembled assembly consisting of triflex® R, inserted and fixed spring rods
  • No snagging and reduced skidding compared to loose e-chain®
  • Automatic return of the triflex® R to its original position

  1. Locking chain links connected to each other to compensate for the relative movement of the spring rods within the e-chain®
  2. Area for mounting bracket of the universal mounting kit (see accessories)

Accessories for correct installation of the TRC and TRE.B fibre-rod module

  • Stainless steel angle tube with mounting brackets for attachment to the robot
  • Fastening option with connection elements to fix the fibre-rod to the angle tube.
  • The angle tube and fibre-rod can therefore be positioned freely
  • Quick and easy adaptation to new robot programme sequences
  • Targeted masking of interfering edges and avoidance of cable loops
  • triflex® Guide R close to the robot arm or to the side of axis 6 to allow max. to enable maximum rotational movements
