Rigid mounting bracket

For most applications, pivoting mounting brackets are used, i.e. there is a pivoting connection between the mounting bracket and the first chain link. This relieves the chain link in the event of strong thrust forces. However, for applications where the energy chain hangs or stands in a U-shape, rigid mounting brackets are the better option. We asked ourselves what maximum bending moment could be applied to the rigid mounting brackets in such applications so that they would function reliably even under the influence of lateral acceleration.
