Fasten the "closed" cover plate (A) to the outer end of the guide channel (B) with four Torx screws (C)
Insert the e-chain® with carriage (D) into the channel so that the "wings" of the energy chain are guided in the channel
Fasten mounting bracket (E) from above with two Phillips screws
Fit the "open" cover plate (F) to the other end of the guide channel and fasten with four Torx screws (C)
Installing multiple channels with two carriages
Drive metal pins (G) into the desired side of the duct with a metal hammer
Attach the connecting plate (H) on the same side, push in to the centre and fasten with set screw M6
Attach the feed module (J) and join with a plastic hammer
Add further trunking element(s) (see steps II,1 and II,2) and tighten the 2nd screw of the connecting plate (H)
Insert the first e-chain® with trolley (D) into the channel with the mounting bracket (E) first. Please observe the correct installation direction of the trolley!
Insert second energy chain into channel (as II.6)
Connect the e-chain® to the trunking element. Align so that the teeth of the strain relief (L) are flush with the inner edge of the channel
Connect the e-chain® laterally through the channel with four Phillips screws (two on each side)
Fit cover plates on both sides (closed version)
