Test setup: CFBUS.LB bus cable

In this test, the life expectancy of the CFBUS.LB.049 was to be analysed in an e-chain® with a 55 mm radius.

The bus cable shown is often used in applications where fast handling is required. Short cycle times and the flexibility of handling systems are very important here. This means that the cables used must be able to withstand the highest demands. One example of this is the food industry. Fast handling robots must combine maximum precision, short cycle times and low weight.

The test has shown that the expected service life of the CFBUS.LB.049 bus cable is more than 24 million strokes, which means that we can reliably achieve a high service life even with small radii.
