The use of single-core motor cables, also known as spindle cables, has significant advantages in various areas. Compared to a four-core motor cable, single cores can be loaded with higher currents, which means they are often used when large drives are involved. Compared to multi-core cables, compact single cores are robust and therefore also suitable for small installation spaces in the energy chain and long travel distances. The space-saving single cores are also a more favourable alternative to multi-core cables. This is because the faster processing speed in production means that production costs can be reduced, resulting in cost savings for you as a customer. In the crane industry, RTG and STS cranes have been using single cores for many years. We have therefore added the new chainflex® CF340.100.01 with TPE outer jacket to the already successful CF340 single-core family, offering you an even greater variety of single-core motor cables from stock.
