System T3

System T3 combines quiet running, low noise levels, simple installation and cost-effectiveness. The interlocking side hinges replace the conventional pin/bore connection and prevent relative movements between the joints. This achieves almost complete freedom from wear (cleanroom). The geometry of the T-belt means that virtually no polygon effect is created when the energy chain is laid down. The T-belt runs very harmoniously and smoothly and is particularly low vibration and quiet. In order to reduce production and assembly costs, the T-band is not mounted individually, but in a length of 8 chain links - similar to the E3 system. Due to its low dead weight, the T-belt is suitable for applications with rather low filling weights and short strokes, combined with high accelerations and speeds.
