Wherever packaging ends up in the clearance process, a wide variety of goods are often involved beforehand. In these complex production lines, speed, precision and cleanliness are essential. Simple robots have been widely used in logistics for years. In warehouse management, for example, they take over the stacking, filling and dismantling of pallets, are integrated into sorting systems or transport goods on roller conveyors. We offer a variety of machine elements or complete logistics robots made of plastic that are tailored to these requirements of the packaging industry, which can be FDA and EU 10/2011 compliant, run without lubrication and maintenance breaks and make their contribution to economical production.
A monkey that labels

Preparatory work for assembly processes
In this picking cell, stored components are pre-sorted into Euro containers for assembly. In this application, handles for irons are sorted by colour into Euro containers.
