Simply upload your CAD model and the tool will analyse your component using artificial intelligence and compare it with the igus product range. If there is a match, suitable standard solutions are suggested from which you can select the best variant for your application.

If no igus standard product can be found, the new online tool calculates the production of your individual component using 3D printing and injection moulding. You can immediately see the price and delivery time and can use filters to find the most suitable materials for you from over 60 motion plastics. This makes it easy for you to design your application without lubrication and order or enquire about the solution online– with no minimum order quantity.

4. If necessary, select the recommended product from the available catalogue parts
