DIY filament spool holder for large rolls

The filament spool holder for large spools is suitable for all 3D printer models and enables resistance-free unwinding of filaments with a permanently smooth run. It is designed for filament spools with an outer diameter between 300 mm and 350 mm.

Conventional aluminium profiles, 3D printing parts made of the wear-resistant SLS material iglidur® i3 and low-friction xiros ball bearings were used for the construction of the igus® model.
