The new Lean Robotics clamps from igus® can now be used to securely attach the energy chain or protective hose to the robot. The universal brackets with Velcro tape are flexible in shape and therefore adapt to any robot arm. A slim design with rounded edges minimises the risk of injury in the event of contact with the robot.

The new Lean Robotics clamp is available in different versions and is suitable for use on the triflex® R series TRC/TRE/TRL 30 and 40 as well as for all commercially available protective hoses with different diameters.

Cable Clip

The Cable Clip is the alternative to the cobot clamp. If the cable and hose only need to be attached to the cobot for a short time (e.g. trade show), then the Cable Clip is a quick alternative to the cobot clamp.

The fibre-rod always ensures a directed pretension of the e-chain® so that it is always guided above the cobot.

Assembly of cobot clamps

This video shows you the following content:

► Inserting cables and/or hoses into the TRE.B version by simply pressing them into the energy chain from the outside
► Connecting two chain links together
► Connecting the Velcro strap to the cobot clamp
► Fitting the cobot clamp to the cobot
► Correctly connecting/inserting the energy chain with the cobot clamps
