Fast, quiet profile rollers-energy chain
With the "P4" system, the upper run and the lower run of the energy chain roll on top of each other in an offset manner. As a result, the tribologically optimised plastic profile rollers are not rolled over, but roll on a continuous wide surface, which further increases the service life of the energy chain. In addition, the pitch of the chain links with and without rollers is the same, so that the energy chain runs particularly smoothly and vibration-free in the radius. The rollers themselves are firmly integrated into the side parts. On request, the system is also available with a cable-friendly "Auto-Glide" crossbar and a special trough system.
