In contrast to single-girder overhead travelling cranes, double-girder overhead travelling cranes are designed for significantly higher lifting loads. The cranes usually bridge large hall areas and therefore often require the goods to be transported to be moved quickly.
Robust energy chains, guide troughs and cables for high travelling speeds and accelerations are required here, which can also be easily retrofitted to existing crane systems and enable quiet travel.

e-spool® energy chain - The alternative to the cable drum without slip ring
e-spool® combines two different energy supply systems in a unique way: A standard energy chain is guided by a roller and, thanks to an integrated retaining spring, ensures that the energy supply system is always exactly the right length and tension. In the starting position, the space-saving energy chain is fully retracted. The twisterband connects the roller to the shaft end block, which serves as an interface to the permanently installed cable.
Liftband energy chain - vertical applications up to 13 m
liftband - modular, quiet, space-saving Transporting media, energy and data upwards. The liftband can be used to realise high vertical applications that have a lot of horizontal space available but only allow a low system height.
e-drum energy chain
A modular system allows flexible adaptation to the application. The slip ring-free modular system of the e-drum allows the user to realise a compact and durable guide and drum system for energy, data, air and liquids.
