PRT-06-100: up to 85 % cheaper compared to the PRT-04
The new PRT slewing ring bearing is particularly light, flat and cost-effective compared to the rest of our PRT series. At just 8 mm, it is also only half as high as the slewing ring bearing in the PRT-04 series.

Adjustment lever in two versions: 90 degrees and 45 degrees

The PRT adjustment lever for the PRT-04 slewing ring bearing series enables simple adjustment by 45 or 90 degrees. The modular system of the PRT-04 series allows uncomplicated expansion with various accessories and offers a customised solution for a wide range of applications.

Suitable for PRT-type -04, also for retrofitting

The PRT clamping lever for the PRT-04 slewing ring bearing series enables a simple manual clamp and consists of a clamping lever and an aluminium block. Top toothing: AT10, HTD5M, T10 - anodised aluminium

The PRT toothing for the slewing ring bearing series PRT-04 is available in the toothing types AT10, HTD5M, T10. The attachment is also suitable for retrofitting to existing PRT-04 slewing ring ball bearings.

PRT-02 series is characterised by low weight and low costs
The PRT-02-30-WPC product range consists of a wood-plastic combination with 50 % wood and 50 % plastic. This is the first time we have offered a material combination that consists of 50 % renewable raw materials and requires no lubricants.

PRT-04 with FDA and EU10/2011 conformity
The PRT-04 with stainless steel rings is ideal for large loads due to its high rigidity. With sliding elements made of iglidur® A181, this PRT slewing ring bearing is FDA-compliant and can be used in the food and packaging sector, among others.

Torque increase of up to 5 Nm with the PRT-01-30-ED
With our new PRT with adjustable torque, you can increase the drive torque by up to 5 Nm. This allows you to achieve smoother running and a certain degree of self-hammering. The slewing ring bearing is based on our tried-and-tested PRT-01-30, thus extending our modular system to include the 01 series.

iglidur® PRT-04-100-CR - Slewing ring bearing with dry room certification
Our iglidur® PRT-04-100-CR was specially developed for the cleanroom. It offers the same technical specifications as PRT-04-100 and also has lower particle emissions thanks to covers on the outer rings.
This gives us a Class 3 result for the parameters 10 kg load and 0.5 m/s speed and a Class 4 result for a design with a pivoting movement of 180° and 0.1 m/s. Now also with additional certification for the dry room. Tested in dry room cleanroom of air cleanliness class 3 (according to ISO 14644-1), 22 °C room temperature, <1 % humidity (dew point -40 °C). Overall result ISO class 7.

Universal diameter in the type 04
With our PRT-04 modular system, you not only have access to the large standard programme, but can also extend the diameter individually up to a diameter of 2,000 mm. Determine the right diameter for your application now and utilise the slim and space-saving design of our PRT-04.

PRT-01-700 slewing ring with 700 mm inner diameter
With our new PRT-01-700, static loads of up to 32 tonnes and tilting moments of up to 10,000 Nm can be accommodated. This makes it the perfect addition to our standard programme. The slewing ring bearing comes as a ready-to-install solution and can be integrated directly into your application. The PRT can be used universally and is insensitive to dust and dirt thanks to the use of lubrication-free sliding elements. The housing is made of lightweight anodised aluminium. Due to its high rigidity, it is ideally suited for heavy-duty applications.
