The user-friendly dashboard provides valuable information in real time and enables optimum monitoring and control. All system data is displayed and a service life forecast is created based on your information and the familiar algorithms of the proven online service life calculator. Just in time before the end of the safe operating time of the igus® e-chain system®, the igus® sales department will make you an offer to replace the system in good time!

The condition monitoring components prevent total failures due to chain breakage, blockages or cable damage. In the event of a shutdown, you are informed immediately by e-mail or SMS. The igus sales department is also informed so that a delivery can be arranged if necessary. The messages stored in the portal can be analysed later for diagnostic purposes. Optionally, a movement profile can be recorded, enabling a more precise service life calculation or service planning.

Sensors installed in your system determine the actual wear of the e-chains or cables. This status information is available to you via the i.Cee portal and enables long-term maintenance and retrofit planning. i.Cee hardware sensor data can be saved for later analyses. The i.Cee systems are designed to recognise unusual operating conditions at an early stage and generate preventive information.
