The process sequences in car body construction are fluid. If one machine part comes to a standstill, the entire production line comes to a standstill. To protect the electrical and pneumatic cables and supply hoses of the robots during the rotating movement and from welding sparks, igus® has developed the energy chain triflex®. It easily copes with multi-axis movements, is easy to install or repair and simple to adapt.

Our service starts even before installation:

• We plan the optimisation of your system to guarantee maximum service life
• Retrofitting your existing machines
• Retrofitting condition monitoring or predictive maintenance to igus® products
• Our energy chains are also available as ready-assembled systems, e.g. dress pack, 7.-axis
• After installation: regular inspection and maintenance of your energy chain and condition monitoring systems
• At the end of the life cycle, we take the energy chain back and recycle it
