Overview

Various bearing assemblies such as iglidur® plain bearings, igubal® rod ends, drylin® spindle lifting tables or energy chains including chainflex® cables can be found in palletising and conveyor technology. They must be completely lubrication- and maintenance-free and function reliably under continuous use.

Products used and application examples

The video illustrates how our products optimise the process steps within lane adjustment. Rotating storage elements and energy chains can also be found at the handle dispenser and palletising stations.

Spindle lifting tables of the type drylin® SLW-2080 enable lubrication-free and precise alignment of the incoming bottles.

Carrying handle dispenser
iglidur® J, iglidur ® W300 and igubal ® rod end are used in carrying handle dispensers. These must be space-saving and lightweight and have a low coefficient of friction.

Knife edge transitions / conveyor technology
iglidur® knife edge rollers at the end of the conveyor belt enable reliable and failure-free web deflection.
