For over 50 years, igus® has been developing and producing high-quality cable routing systems for various applications - from beverage vending machines to steel mills. igus® energy chains are already in reliable use in many hundreds of thousands of applications worldwide. Due to the technical progress of new systems and machines on the market, we are constantly expanding our e-chain® range with product innovations. Under the motto Tech up. Cost down. we enable you to simultaneously save costs and further increase the quality of machines and systems.
Constantly expanding the e-chain® range with product innovations
Prevent downtimes, extend product lifetimes and save maintenance costs
Recycle old energy chains from igus® or other manufacturers instead of throwing them away
The world's first energy chain system with its own drive, now virtually wear-free with a linear motor. For long distances of 1,000 m and more with extreme dynamics and long running times. For next-generation ASC (Automated Stacking Cranes) cranes.
The world's largest e-chain® E4.350 is used in silt dewatering to safely guide the heavy moving hoses. Despite the enormous filling weights, it guarantees the required high downtime of the entire system. Long minimum service life of 15 years without major maintenance, continuous operation 365 days a year
Special flat, simple and favourable design for cable routing in the tightest of spaces in server extensions or for extensions/drawers of any kind. Favourable cable routing with easy fillability and defined bend radius.
The igus® e-chain reel is a motorised, reel-mounted e-chain system® which, thanks to a special chain fitted with roller inserts, allows the socket to be flexibly positioned within a range of up to 100 m. This means that more ships can be supplied than with fixed systems. This means that more ships can be supplied than with permanently installed systems.
