If medium loads need to be guided reliably and safely in the machine tool, the energy chain E2.1 comes into its own - with optimised sliding surfaces, an integrated brake and 10 % more stability than its predecessor.

The one-piece E2C.38 energy chain is a cost-effective option for guiding increased additional loads and is therefore ideal for guiding hydraulics, for example. Compared to the E2/000 series, it can carry 20 % more additional load and allows 25 % more unsupported length.

Customised, fast, sustainable. Our "rack", the transport rack on which the energy chain is delivered, is now 100% regranulable and reusable. With the first additively manufactured e-chain® rack made from corn starch, you can also reduce the carbon footprint of your machine tool.

The new E2.1.CG catalogue range is made from 100% recycled material - with the same technical specifications and load limits as energy chain made from standard igumid® G material.

A new online platform can be used to recycle not only energy chains, but also other technical plastic components. At the same time, users can buy recycled material in the form of regranulate via the platform.
