chainfix clamps for pneumatic hoses CFX16.X.P | With pneumatic double troughs | Cable diameter 06mm / 10mm / 12mm

  • For hose diameters 4 and 8mm
  • High holding force due to "all-round" grip
  • The cross section of pneumatic hoses is fully retained
  • No crushing of the hoses, and therefore no loss of hose length
  • Good price-performance ratio
Product description
Clamp hoses without squeezing
A new pneumatic clamp reliably holds hoses in place without squeezing them and thus reducing the cross section. With a new clamp, the cross section of pneumatic hoses is fully retained. At the same time, the hoses are held securely. Due to high sides, the inserts generate a high holding force for pneumatic hoses in the energy chain and prevent them from being crushed.Tech up:
  • High holding force due to "all-round" grip
  • The cross section of pneumatic hoses is fully retained
  • Increased holding strength
  • No crushing of the hoses, and therefore no loss of hose length
  • Coloured identification markings (inserts are blue)
Reduce costs:
  • Good price-performance ratio
  • Fast assembly without checking the tightening torque
  • Protection of the pneumatic hoses against crushing and damage

Tested standard clamps vs. pneumatic clamp: Tests at our customer Schwäbische Werkzeugmaschinen

Advantages of igus pneumatic clamps
  • No crushing of the hoses after strain relief thanks to CFX clamps with pneumatic inserts
  • Adjusting the tightening force is dispensed with by defined tightening on the block
Disadvantages of standard clamps on the market
  • Crushing of hoses after strain relief with standard clamps
  • Elaborate adjustment of the tightening force required
